Single Point of Contact Agent

Salary: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for borrowers during loss mitigation or foreclosure.
• Help borrowers understand available assistance programs.
• Provide updates on loss mitigation and foreclosure decisions.
• Gather additional information and documentation from borrowers for retention and disposition options.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of experience in clerical or administrative activities.
