Location: Puducherry, India

Salary: INR 900,000 per annum (Year 1 fixed INR 7,00,000 + INR 1,00,000 bonus, Year 2 incentives)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of financial products and achieve sales targets.
• Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
• Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Plan manpower, manage teams, and support their development.

Requirements

• MBA / PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing / BFSI.
• 0–3 years of prior experience.

• Assured bonus of INR 1,00,000 after 1 year based on performance.
• Joining bonus of INR 1,00,000 in the first month, recoverable if leaving within 1 year or due to performance issues.
