Solution Architect, Public Sector

NVIDIA is seeking an AI solutions architect to support government clients in adopting AI for improved services and citizen well-being. The role involves educating clients, assisting with proofs of concept, productizing workflows, and advising on service delivery through partner ecosystems. The solutions architect acts as a trusted advisor, translating mission goals into AI-enabled plans, and collaborates with global teams.

Location: Remote (EU)

Salary: PLN 221,250 - 383,500 (Level 3) / PLN 292,500 - 507,000 (Level 4)

Responsibilities

• Empower and mentor partners, customers, and colleagues to help them grow and succeed.
• Shape and support strategic plans that drive innovation at national, regional, and city levels.
• Build engaging resources connecting business strategy with government and community needs.
• Collaborate with customers’ technical teams during field trials and solution deployments.
• Advocate for customer and partner needs by defining product requirements and championing enhancements.
• Develop and demonstrate solutions based on NVIDIA’s AI software and hardware technologies.

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Applied Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in technical consulting, software development, or similar experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and containers.
• Experience with Agentic and Generative AI, including domain tuning large language models or deploying GenAI solutions.
• Ability to communicate ideas and code clearly through blog posts, kernels, GitHub.
• Experience working with multiple organizational levels and teams across engineering, research, product, sales, and marketing.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and technical presentation abilities.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, passion for continuous learning.

Additional Information

• Travel, including some international travel, may be required.
• Base salary varies based on location, experience, and employee pay scale. For Poland: Level 3 ranges from 221,250 PLN to 383,500 PLN; Level 4 ranges from 292,500 PLN to 507,000 PLN.
