Solutions Engineer - ANZ

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Help prospective customers understand how Sonar’s approach fits within their software development lifecycle.
• Drive technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities through presentations, demonstrations, and product evaluations.
• Advise customers on deployment strategies for Sonar solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during product evaluation.
• Support product adoption and growth post-sale, collaborating with Customer Success and Support teams.
• Help existing customers understand additional capabilities of advanced product editions.
• Provide technical enablement to channel partners.

Requirements

• Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering (highly desirable).
• Working knowledge of local and cloud-based deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
• Enjoy delivering compelling demonstrations of software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and articulate solutions verbally and in writing.
• Proven team collaboration skills, including giving and receiving feedback.
• A proactive attitude towards challenging the status quo and driving improvements.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
