Sourcing Manager

Salary: $168,000/year

Responsibilities

• Partner across Rippleworks and portfolio teams to understand business needs and translate them into expert profiles.
• Build diverse networks of potential experts through sourcing and community engagement.
• Design and run events and community experiments to turn cold introductions into active experts.
• Contribute to shaping Rippleworks' company culture to increase belonging and engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of general work experience.
• 4+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• 1+ years experience working with senior leaders (director, VP, CxO).
• Confident and curious communicator with a broad leadership network.
