The Principal role involves managing a global portfolio across investments, operating companies, and new ventures, working directly with the founder to solve high-stakes, undefined problems with full ownership.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to deliver structured actions that turn complex situations and ideas into clear decisions and outcomes.
• Own projects end to end, from identifying the problem to building solutions and seeing them through, without handing off.
• Operate across various domains including startup incubation, acquisitions, AI initiatives, real estate, data infrastructure, hiring, and philanthropy, with full discretion and adaptability.
