Specialist Software Support French & English (M/F/D)

Support partners and customers with complex software support requests, working with databases, server operating systems, and queries in SQL. Collaborate with software development and product management.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and customers with complex software support requests.
• Work with databases, server operating systems, and queries in SQL.
• Deal with requests using remote tools, mail, and telephone.
• Coordinate and cooperate with software development and product management.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist, IT informatics clerk, or a similar apprenticeship.
• Initial experience in customer/IT support.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
• Good knowledge of databases (e.g., MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and Microsoft web servers.
• Ideally knowledge of creating queries in SQL.
• Very good knowledge of French & English, German is a plus.
• Service- and customer-oriented appearance.
