Sr. Application Architect Analyst

The role involves overseeing the development and scaling of finance applications within Anaplan, focusing on planning, forecasting, and reporting for finance teams. It requires leading a team, ensuring high engineering standards, and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Application Builders to deliver high-quality Finance Applications, ensuring projects meet deadlines and standards.
• Partner with Finance Product Management and Solution Architects to translate requirements into scalable application designs.
• Enforce UX standards and engineering best practices for applications.
• Drive integration of new Anaplan platform capabilities into existing applications based on feedback.
• Collaborate with GTM and Professional Services to produce demos, guides, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary internal and external technical expert for Finance Applications, supporting sales and customer escalations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development or financial systems, with at least 3 years leading Anaplan implementation teams.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Ananplaner with proficiency in multi-dimensional modeling and the platform suite.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams in an Agile environment and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of the office of the CFO, including Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a technical discipline preferred.
