Sr FP&A Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role at VIPRE Security Group involves conducting complex financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic growth in the cybersecurity sector. The position reports to the B2C Finance Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams, focusing on the B2C Business Unit products, with a fully remote setup in Mexico.

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, lead annual budgeting, create 'what-if' models.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Variance reporting, monitor KPIs like CAC, LTV, Churn Rate, EBITDA margins, cost optimization.
• Data & Technology Integration: Use AI-driven methods, automate reporting, build dashboards, execute SQL queries for data extraction.
• Month End Close & Accrual Management: Review expenses, update close calendar, collaborate on cost/revenue items, track accruals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of experience in a corporate FP&A environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query).
• Strong command of modern data stacks for predictive data science.
• Exceptional data storytelling and strategic partnership skills.
