Salary: $95,300 - $190,500 (varies by location)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to clients across various industries including financial services, healthcare, government, law enforcement, and insurance.
• Support client implementations and business processes with deep technical expertise and Financial Crime Compliance knowledge.
• Deliver installation, implementation, and configuration support using XML and JSON, maintaining accurate project plans.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for diverse audiences.
• Deliver advanced third-level support using tools like Excel, Power BI, C#, Python, and PowerShell.
• Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Participate in departmental initiatives to improve efficiency and processes.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–9 years of relevant industry experience, including exposure to Financial Crime Compliance.
• Proficiency in XML and JSON.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Programming experience with C#, Python, PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of software development, databases, and data transformation.
• Excellent client service orientation.
• Expert problem-solving and judgment skills.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis products.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Interest in data science and analytics.
• Ability to implement financial crime compliance best practices.
