Sr. Training Specialist, Global Central Labs

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Training Specialist supporting global central laboratory operations. This fully remote role involves delivering training programs to ensure compliance with clinical trial requirements and standardized processes, primarily within the US.

Responsibilities

• Implement training programs for central lab workflows, systems, and SOPs
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content
• Manage training curricula and compliance
• Ensure alignment with GxP, clinical, and quality requirements
• Track and report training metrics; drive continuous improvement
• Partner with SMEs, QA, and Operations to support global training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7+ years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
