Staff Product Engineer

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, expanding into all home services across three brands on a shared platform.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: USD $80,000-$100,000 annual base

Responsibilities

• Shape the problem, decide the technical approach, lead AI agents that implement most of the code, ship to production, and answer for the outcome alongside the PM and designer.

Requirements

• Deep skill in at least one of the tech stacks (AI agents, backend, frontend, data, infra) plus credible production experience with AI coding agents.
• Outcome-driven, Decisive, Documented, AI-native, Already operating at lead level, Strong horizontal partner, Cares about customers and pros.
