Staff Product Engineer (Campinas)

Location: Campinas, Brazil

Salary: USD $80,000–$100,000 annual base

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical approach including architecture, data model, integration, rollout, observability, and rollback strategies.
• Ensure the quality, safety, and velocity of AI agents implementing code for the initiative.
• Partner with product managers and designers daily, and with engineering managers weekly, to ensure initiative health and progress.
• Own the outcome of the initiative, including post-launch review and metric analysis.

Requirements

• Deep skill in AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
• Credible production experience with AI coding agents.
• Experience operating at lead level, making technical decisions and shipping complex solutions.
• Outcome-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and results.
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and designers.
• Decisive, documented decision-making in architecture, data models, and rollout plans.
• Ability to leave reusable artifacts like workflows, evals, and documentation.
