Location: Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Salary: USD $80,000–$100,000 annual base

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical approach including architecture, data model, integration, observability, and rollback strategies.
• Ensure implementation quality through prompts, guardrails, evals, tests, and review loops for AI-authored code.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and engineering peers; present results post-launch.
• Own the initiative outcome and ensure the metric moves.

Requirements

• AI-native with experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
• Operating at a lead level, making technical decisions and shipping complex solutions.
• Outcome-driven with a focus on metric impact and experience improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
• Decisive, documented decision-making with architectural and rollout choices.
• Ability to leave reusable artifacts like workflows, evals, runbooks, and reviews.
• Customer- and pro-minded with a focus on marketplace outcomes.
