Staff Technical Recruiter

The Staff Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for technical, R&D roles at Mapbox, working closely with engineering and product teams to attract talent that advances the company's core platform. The role involves establishing and scaling recruiting capabilities regionally and beyond.

Location: Europe, US, or Remote

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across all R&D functions from initial research and sourcing to offer negotiations and closing.
• Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that leverage a global network of high-caliber technical talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record of hiring Software Development Engineers & Engineering Managers within high-growth tech environments
• Experience hiring technical talent across Europe within Finland, Germany, Poland and the UK
• Experience hiring within the US is a strong bonus
• Closing Mastery: Expert at navigating negotiations involving competitive compensation packages, equity structures, and buy-out scenarios
• Data-Driven Rigor: A commitment to using market intelligence and funnel analytics to optimize pipeline health and influence decisions
