Stakeholders Value Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Manager will develop and deploy hospital programs to market Edwards' cardiovascular products and services, focusing on hospital optimization and capacity programs. The role involves strategic planning, content development, stakeholder engagement, and program management within the healthcare industry.

Location: Spain, France, or Italy, 100% remote with up to 30% travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution and enable execution of comprehensive hospital optimization and capacity programs.
• Implement, test, and adjust program evolutions and future plans.
• Develop and evolve program content based on clinical evidence, best practices, and faculty input.
• Create marketing materials to communicate content to hospitals and stakeholders.
• Liaise with field teams, country marketing teams, and program deployment managers for material use.
• Manage healthcare professional engagement within the program.
• Deploy the program in specific locations.
• Manage budgets related to program marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of healthcare marketing experience or Master’s degree with 5 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
