Responsibilities
- Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs, maintaining files, and validating trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for WFM and staffing metrics.
- Help automate manual workflows across WFM (reporting, trackers, alerts, data pulls).
- Support recruiting and training planning by optimizing the hiring funnel, onboarding throughput, and ramp performance.
- Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring (volume vs staffing, SLA risk, schedule gaps).
- Document processes and create repeatable reporting/automation playbooks.
- Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making for ad hoc and on-going reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry technologies and frameworks to identify trends to maintain best and cutting edge practices in AI.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in workforce analytics, WFM, operations, staffing analytics, or a related role.
- 1-2 years of foundational experience in AI and automation tools (e.g., using ChatGPT responsibly for drafting, summarizing, and workflow support; building simple automations with scripts, macros, or no-code tools).
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Comfort working with data and spotting patterns.
- Experience building reports or dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a plus).
- Curiosity and a mindset for automation (“there has to be a faster way”).
- Can provide helpful insights from dense datasets.
- Creative self-starter capable of first principles thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills that can work across a highly cross-functional environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS start-up preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is a bonus, as well as exposure to WFM concepts (forecasting, staffing, scheduling), familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, or training operations.
