Strategic Account Lead, GRC

The role is for a Strategic Account Executive specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions at Comcast's DataBee division. The position involves hunting for new enterprise and federal government customers for SaaS and subscription-based security solutions, with a focus on security compliance and data fabric platforms.

Salary: $112,258.58 – $263,106.06
Responsibilities
- Drive new business with global accounts in the U.S.
- Qualify prospects, develop opportunities, and close deals independently.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers, linking GRC technology to strong business cases.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including target account plans.
- Engage multiple personas, including executives and CxOs, through consultative selling and tailored demonstrations.
- Generate opportunities via creative outreach, events, and partner initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and growth through account management and roadmap alignment.
- Own sales process management and opportunity closure.
- Use creative ideas, new techniques, tools, joint marketing initiatives, trade shows, and partners to generate opportunities.
- Win deals through planning, preparation, and consultative approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver demonstrations and solutions.
- Develop a roadmap and build capabilities to promote customer experience.
- Be a trusted advisor by understanding customer roadmaps.
Requirements
- Deep (8+ years) experience in software solution sales, preferably in GRC.
- Experience hunting for new business in large enterprise space.
- Experience selling technology from GRC vendors.
- Ability to demo and describe solutions technically.
- Research and understand cybersecurity and data science trends.
- Deep understanding of GRC business including demand, resource, portfolio, asset management, and technical concepts.
- Awareness of audit, compliance, metrics, and dashboards.
- Experience working with virtual and matrixed teams.
- Ability to understand business risk and compliance needs.
- Establish trusted relationships with teams.
- Produce new business, negotiate deals, maintain C-Level relationships.
- Thrives in fast-paced, growing, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to go above and beyond.
- Communicate complex issues simply.
- Connect with C-level and ecosystem partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Regional travel up to 50%.
- Fluency in English and local language.
