Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, understanding and addressing their requirements.
- Build trustful relationships and demonstrate high professionalism.
- Understand customer needs as an IT strategy expert and deliver standardized, future-proof solutions from the portfolio.
- Negotiate contract details, ensure fair conditions, and maintain financial oversight.
- Coordinate different customers and projects to ensure smooth processes and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud environment, especially Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Successfully completed technical education or studies with IT knowledge.
- Basic understanding of agile project organization.
- Practical experience in sales or interest in developing in this area.
- Communicative, diplomatic, and eager to contribute.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
