As a key member of our Customer Success organization, the Strategic Success Manager (SSM) plays a vital role in renewing and growing our customer relationships. You will strategically manage customer accounts, focusing on long-term business goals, contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities. By building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, you will ensure our customers derive ongoing value from our solutions and are set up for continued success.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts with a focus on long-term business goals, contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic business engagements.
- Conduct impactful touchpoints such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to meet customer expectations and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of SaaS or technology platforms is a plus.
