Swahili Language Specialist – AI Trainer

Swahili language specialists who will evaluate and improve AI language models by testing, documenting, and providing linguistic expertise on Swahili language scenarios.

Location: Remote

Salary: $8–$65 per hour

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI language models on Swahili language scenarios.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Swahili language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills.
