System Finance and Special Projects Manager

The System Finance & Special Projects Manager supports BMCHS’s financial strategy, leading key initiatives such as financial planning, budgeting, and operational improvements, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Location: Remote

Salary: $78,000.00- $113,000.00

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process in partnership with the Sr. Director of Corporate Finance.
• Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the selection and implementation of technology/AI solutions.
• Help develop external financial communications for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards and analytics tools.
• Drive operational excellence within the Finance function, including KPI development and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity with a healthcare focus, or equivalent experience.
