They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their People and Transformation team, focusing on recruiting IT talent and supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities
- Actively source IT talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and networking.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV review, pre-screening calls, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future project demands.
- Develop understanding of the IT, data, and digital market, including key roles, skills, and technology trends.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis related to hiring conditions, compensation, benefits, and talent availability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support recruitment reporting and tracking.
- Stay updated with best practices and trends in IT recruitment.
- Promote organizational culture and internal initiatives.
Requirements
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or project-based environments.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
- Understanding of roles, profiles, and skills in Data, Analytics, Digital, and Technology environments.
- Knowledge of different hiring models and market conditions in international contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
- Strong soft skills: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, self-management.
- High organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability.
- Curiosity, creativity, and an agile mindset.
