Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA - 6-Month Contract (Portugal)

DoiT is a global technology company specializing in cloud solutions, seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and GTM roles across EMEA and APAC. The role involves proactive sourcing, diversity initiatives, and collaboration with hiring managers, with a focus on the European talent market.

Location: Remote (Ireland or Portugal)

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for GTM and Tech roles.
• Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
• Foster a referral culture to encourage employee-driven talent referrals.
• Support DEI goals by sourcing diverse talent pipelines and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration.
• Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices.
• Partner with business units to understand evolving needs and industry trends.
• Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and respectful interview processes.
• Plan and execute programs to enhance TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Employee Engagement Specialist to promote employer brand.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience in a SaaS tech company, primarily hiring GTM roles.
• Experience hiring Technical roles.
• Hands-on ownership of end-to-end hiring processes.
• Proven sourcing skills, especially with passive candidates.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools, ATS, and data reporting.
• Experience implementing AI in hiring efforts.
• Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, native English.
