MEDvidi is transforming access to mental healthcare across the United States through a telehealth platform. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment for healthcare roles, primarily for US-based businesses, with a focus on high-volume hiring and compliance.

Location: Remote (Europe, ideally)

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
  • Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market
  • Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics
  • Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical talent
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience working for US based businesses
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates
  • Experience with high-volume hiring
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required)
