Location: Colombia
Responsibilities
- Monitor systems and triage alerts
- Execute runbooks and escalate issues to developers
- Manage incident response and SLA in ticketed environment
Requirements
- 3+ years in production support, SRE, NOC, or ops engineering
- Hands-on experience with AWS EC2/ECS, VPC, IAM
- Operational PostgreSQL/RDS management including query reading and basic tuning
- Incident triage across infrastructure and application layers
- Structured incident response knowledge (ITIL, NIST, or similar)
- SLA management in a ticketed environment (Jira or similar)
- Strong written English for escalation and post-incident documentation
