Technical Account Manager

Location: Remote (GMT and GMT+2 timezones)
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing high-value customers.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across different teams and levels within customer organizations.
- Drive multi-product adoption and expansion within accounts.
- Own customer feedback and communicate it to the product team.
- Be highly responsive and act as an extension of the customer's team.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to coordinate account strategies.
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills across seniority levels.
- Commercially-minded with a focus on revenue growth and retention.
- Ability to demo and articulate the value of PostHog's products to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term growth.
