Technical Account Manager

Location: Remote (GMT and GMT+2 timezones)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing high-value customers.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across different teams and levels within customer organizations.
  • Drive multi-product adoption and expansion within accounts.
  • Own customer feedback and communicate it to the product team.
  • Be highly responsive and act as an extension of the customer's team.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to coordinate account strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills across seniority levels.
  • Commercially-minded with a focus on revenue growth and retention.
  • Ability to demo and articulate the value of PostHog's products to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term growth.
