Technical Account Manager I (Remote, Brazil)

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated customer support professional with strong technical skills to serve as a technical contact, participate in onboarding, perform health checks, manage renewals, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure customer success in cybersecurity solutions.

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical contact and augment customer support teams
• Participate with onboarding process
• Perform quarterly health checks and business reviews
• Participate in TAM on-call rotation to answer customer inquiries and escalate cases
• Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate
• Leverage internal technical expertise and knowledge content to resolve customer issues
• Participate in technical communications within the team to share best practices and learn about new technologies
• Manage renewal risk and collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful renewal and upsell
• Drive support cases to resolution in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Windows Operating Systems
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and infrastructures
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish technical credibility
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Professional fluency in English
• Proven problem-solving skills
