Responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers.
- Owning customer feedback and communicating it to the team.
- Investigating technical issues.
- Being responsive to customer inquiries.
- Monitoring product usage and revenue data to ensure customer health.
Requirements
- Technically capable with working knowledge of code.
- Understanding of how product teams work and collaborate.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to work at scale with around 40 customers.
