Technical Product Manager

The role involves partnering with clinical operations teams to manage and optimize healthcare use cases, ensuring compliance, and driving product development and performance analysis in a healthcare technology environment.

Location: Remote

Salary: $145,000.00 to $150,000.00

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical operations teams to identify, prioritize, and collect requirements for healthcare use cases.
• Maintain and prioritize use cases, features, and enhancement requests, balancing clinical impact, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.
• Own the project plan for healthcare use cases from requirements through deployment, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure timely and clear communication of priorities and activities to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and inform the roadmap.
• Conduct regular call audits to ensure clinical accuracy, HIPAA compliance, appropriate tone, and adherence to scripts and conversation flows.
• Ensure all use cases comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CMS, URAC, DiME, and state-specific requirements.
• Facilitate regular program reviews with senior leadership, providing status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to drive adoption and gather continuous feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Experience standing up a complex product, shepherding it from development to implementation, and maintaining product integrity.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into roadmap decisions.
• Proficient with Python and SQL, with the ability to query data, review scripts, and collaborate with data and engineering teams.
• Proven ability to execute in real time when plans go sideways: calm under pressure, quick to adjust, and accountable for outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
