Technical Writer & Product Engineer

Thermal Works LLC is seeking a Technical Writer & Product Engineer to create and manage technical documentation for HVAC and thermal systems used in data center applications. The role involves ensuring documentation accuracy, configuration control, and supporting product lifecycle from development to installation.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, release, and configuration alignment of technical documentation for complex HVAC and thermal systems.
• Support documentation needs from product development through submittal creation, manufacturing, installation, and field support.
• Ensure product documentation remains technically accurate, revision-controlled, and aligned with released product configurations throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong technical writing skills.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, manufacturing environments, construction workflows, and document/configuration control.
