Territory Sales Officer

Unilever is seeking a Territory Sales Officer to achieve sales targets, manage distributor systems, analyze MIS reports, negotiate with distributors, and improve market position through customer service and relationship management.
Location: Rajasthan
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system.
- Managing the distributor system in terms of both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
- Systematically analyze, extract and use MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Negotiate with distributors and develop their management skills.
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen market position.
- Use market feedback and reports to improve execution.
- Analyze how to improve the competitive position through customer service.
- Monitor distributor and sales team performance and take corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum Fulltime Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Channel Sales.
- Excellent in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management.
- Well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning.
- Experience in conducting promotional activities & execution.
- Knowledge of MS-Office particularly Excel.
- Decent Communication in English and Local language.
