Therapeutic Education Manager, Rare Hematology, Southeast

The Therapeutic Education Manager in Rare Hematology at Sanofi is responsible for educating healthcare providers and patients about rare blood disorders and oncology treatments, supporting patient access and adherence, and representing the company at community events. The role involves collaboration with clinicians, cross-functional teams, and patients to improve treatment experiences and outcomes.

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $100,500.00 - $145,166.66

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on disease, product, procurement, administration, and support services.
• Develop and maintain account plans, conduct educational programming with clinician staff.
• Ensure patients are well educated and face no unnecessary barriers to therapy.
• Communicate treatment barriers to prescribers and collaborate to reduce cycle time for patient starts.
• Engage with patients to educate on disease and product, conduct education programs, support therapy adherence, and represent Sanofi at local events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient engagement within CRM.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree, preferably with a nursing or clinical background.
• Previous commercial and/or clinical experience, including in hospital or home health.
• Experience in Rare Disease, Hematology/Oncology, Apheresis preferred.
• 3+ years of account management and/or patient education experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
• Excellent presentation and empathetic listening skills.
• English required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex platforms.

Additional Information

• Travel up to 60% within the territory, including occasional weekends and evenings.
