Training Lead

InspectHOA is a California-based property technology startup building next-generation technology for Homeowner Associations (HOAs). The company aims to become the operating system for all market players interacting with HOAs, focusing on improving efficiency and transparency in the real estate space. They have a fully remote team based in the US, EU, and India.

Location: Remote (US, EU, India)

Responsibilities

• Handle End-to-End Training lifecycle.
• Ensure high quality in Training delivery, learning solutions, and programs.
• Training design - planning the structure of training programs, designing content & instructional frameworks, and deploying tools & techniques.
• Driving training outcomes in line with business requirements.
• Evaluating training health by measuring outcomes post-training.
• Supporting planning, designing, scheduling, and coordinating training initiatives.
• Assigning, delegating, tracking, and performing project tasks.
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Developing strategies, operations & execution of learning objectives.
• Providing feedback on learning objectives and content.
• Improving training efficacy through interventions.
• Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and impact.
• Supporting employees’ career development goals.
• Designing evaluation programs for performance behaviors and metrics.
• Partnering with Capacity Planning, Operations, and Quality Management for operational excellence.
• Communicating training feedback, results, and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in preparing effective Training Content/Module.
• Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).
• Analytical ability to understand business impact, capacity planning, P&L, budgets, and ROI.
• 5+ years of experience leading a training team and end-to-end training process.
• Experience with Training and LMS tools to create audio-visual content.
• Knowledge of various training methodologies and instructional designing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience in End-to-End training activities for US Mortgage industry, SaaS companies, or Loan processing companies preferred.
