Responsibilities
- Transcribing audio recordings into text with high accuracy
- Capturing speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words, repetitions, and incomplete sentences
- Adding timestamps to match the audio
- Identifying and labeling different speakers in conversations
- Marking non-speech events such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of and familiarity with spelling conventions in Portuguese language
- Fluent in Mozambique dialect
- Good reading comprehension skills in English
- Stable internet connection
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to review examples and apply rules to the provided data
- Prior experience with transcription
- Prior experience with audio data
- Access to a PC/laptop or an iPad
