UKG Ready Payroll Consultant

A UKG Payroll Lead role focused on delivering payroll solutions, supporting clients in workforce management, and ensuring compliance and process improvements.

Location: Multiple locations in the US including California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Washington.

Salary: $59,100 – $196,000

Responsibilities

• Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Services.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
