Universal Fraud Agent, Overnight, Remote - Bilingual

CIBC is hiring a Fraud Agent for their Contact Centre team, responsible for investigating and mitigating fraud related to credit and debit card transactions, ensuring service excellence for clients.

Location: Mont-1155 Rene-Levesque O. Centre Bancaire Principal

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and conduct investigations of client transactions through credit cards and debit cards.
• Use banking channels to determine possible fraud or unusual activity.
• Resolve complex problems related to Fraud Applications, Account Takeovers, Convenience Cheques, and Payments.
• Mitigate fraud losses to CIBC clients.

Requirements

• Experience in COINS/ECIF, PRM, TSYS and CRS is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a secure workspace.
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, Monday to Sunday, midnight to 8:00 am.
