Unpaid Volunteer - Recruitment/Human Capital Coordinators (Us-Based)

The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is seeking volunteer Recruitment/Human Capital Coordinators to support their organization in climate change advocacy through blockchain technology. The role involves administrative support, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring GDPR compliance, aimed at individuals interested in climate change, blockchain, and HR administration.

Location: Home-based (US)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Recruitment administrative support
• Liaise with BCI members regarding HR/Recruitment policies
• Support the Recruitment Manager with GDPR compliance
• Assist the Recruitment team and BCI Operations with administrative inputs

Requirements

• Previous and/or ongoing experience in HR Administration
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Excellent English writing
• Close attention to details
• Excellent organisational skills
