Responsibilities
- Ensure timely follow-up on case-related tasks
- Coordinate communication between clients and legal team
- Contact clients to gather information and provide updates
- Support overall case workflow and administrative functions
- Request, track, and organize medical records
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with inquiries
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for each case
- Manage and update case information within the case management system
