Vice President, Salesforce Product Management (Portugal)

A visionary product leader to define and lead the development of a platform that enhances Salesforce DevOps, security, and data management, impacting enterprise customers worldwide.

Location: Remote (US) / Pleasanton, CA

Responsibilities

• Set the North Star by crafting a multi-year product vision for Salesforce and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Build and lead a world-class product team across DevOps, data management, and security.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and turn insights into products.
• Drive the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to launch, including features like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, and zero-trust security.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce platform releases to ensure native integration and competitive advantage.
• Outthink and outmaneuver competitors by deep market understanding and storytelling.
• Partner with marketing, sales, success, and partners to grow the product into a successful business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including 3+ years leading PM teams.
• Deep Salesforce native experience, familiar with metadata, deployment, and governor limits.
• Proven track record of shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly.
• Excellent storyteller and communicator with various audiences.
• Talent magnet and team champion.
