The Virtual Assistant – Admin at Acxelsus supports backend administrative operations, focusing on repetitive admin and LinkedIn-related tasks. The role is part-time with potential for full-time conversion, requiring attention to detail, responsiveness, and independence.
Location: Remote (PH)
Responsibilities
- Handle repetitive backend administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Post content on LinkedIn and send/manage connection requests
- Perform data entry, organize files, and maintain accurate digital records and shared folders
- Assist with inbox monitoring, scheduling, and calendar coordination
- Track assigned tasks, follow up on pending items, and ensure completion within deadlines
- Prepare basic reports, trackers, and presentations as needed
- Remain online and accessible during client office hours to ensure quick turnaround
- Ensure all deliverables meet accuracy, completeness, and timeliness standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or similar backend roles
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn platform, data entry and document formatting tools, email and calendar management systems
- Strong attention to detail, high responsiveness and reliability, ability to work independently, excellent organizational and time management skills, proactive mindset and accountability, adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
