Visual Designer

Aerolab is hiring a Visual Designer to create digital experiences, develop brand identities, and build design systems. The role involves conceptualization, experimentation, and visual quality, with a focus on collaboration and leveraging AI tools.

Location: Argentina

Responsibilities

• Define art direction and advance visual themes and guidelines.
• Prioritize pixel-perfect quality in all deliverables.
• Generate style proposals, mood boards, sketches, mockups, and prototypes.
• Leverage generative AI tools in the creative process.
• Oversee visual execution, provide inspiration, and ensure designs meet client objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in visual design with a diverse portfolio.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital visual design or agencies.
• Advanced English level for international communication.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
