VP, Industry Solutions

Location: United States

Salary: $270,000—$320,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Define the category of Reasoning Systems, including vision, positioning, and narrative.
• Set vertical priorities and expand to new domains.
• Lead external engagement such as briefings, keynotes, and analyst relations.
• Design the go-to-market strategy, including pilot-to-system models, buyer profiling, and sales plays.
• Define the delivery model, combining product orchestration, governance, and human-in-the-loop control.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to develop the Reasoning Systems product roadmap.
• Lead and grow a team of 10+ Industry Solutions leaders and AI Solutions Consultants.
• Engage with executive customers to drive opportunities and transformation.
• Own revenue, costs, and growth targets for Reasoning Systems.

Requirements

• Operate at C-suite level and influence decision-making on high-stakes programs.
• Deep experience in business process transformation and enterprise technology, 20+ years.
• Experience building and scaling new business, product line, or category in a tech company.
• Led consulting or solutions delivery activities, balancing services with product scalability.
• Experience driving software product roadmaps and managing complex technology programs.
• Outstanding communication skills for technical and business audiences.
