VSP Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) role involves applying advanced education and clinical skills to improve patient outcomes, primarily working remotely with a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week. Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $149,800 - $206,100 per year

Responsibilities

• Call Humana members to discuss open care gaps and place needed orders, especially for women with recent fractures
• Create and register patient records within Athena
• Verify benefits for patients
• Gather medication, medical, and surgical history
• Coordinate management of members' social needs, including providing transportation services

Requirements

• Master's in science in Nursing
• Active, unrestricted NP Licensure preferred in TX, AZ, LA, GA, SC, NC
• 2+ years of experience
