Location: MA, ME, NH, RI, DE, VT (Jurisdictions for Workers Compensation Claims)

Salary: $75,000–$82,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing workers compensation lost-time claims to determine benefits due, including investigating and gathering information.
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity and processing with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to requests of directions in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of lost-time claims management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
