Evolent is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst focusing on case management to support team leaders in developing staff schedules, analyzing data, and preparing workforce reports. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure performance targets are met.

Salary: $55,000
Responsibilities
- Monitor call center resources and workloads in real-time to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Forecast weekly, daily, and interval workloads based on historical trends and business drivers.
- Work closely with team leadership on optimization of Workforce Engagement tools.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of workforce management reporting.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of Contact Center or Workforce Planning experience.
- High level of accountability in achieving performance targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, ACD reporting, forecasting methodologies and tools.
