Workforce Planning Analyst (Case Management)

Evolent is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst focusing on case management to support team leaders in developing staff schedules, analyzing data, and preparing workforce reports. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure performance targets are met.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $55,000

Responsibilities

• Monitor call center resources and workloads in real-time to ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Forecast weekly, daily, and interval workloads based on historical trends and business drivers.
• Work closely with team leadership on optimization of Workforce Engagement tools.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of workforce management reporting.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of Contact Center or Workforce Planning experience.
• High level of accountability in achieving performance targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets, ACD reporting, forecasting methodologies and tools.
