Responsibilities
- Cold calling dental offices to introduce Clipboard's staffing services
- Clearly articulating the platform's value proposition and overcoming objections
- Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
- Leading price negotiations with decision-makers
- Building and managing a sales pipeline and maintaining organized outreach records
- Persisting through longer sales cycles and re-engaging offices to convert them into active customers
Requirements
- Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
- Fluency in English speaking and writing with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
- Proven experience in a sales role responsible for generating own leads
- Demonstrated experience managing a pipeline and following through on a full sales cycle
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- Availability to work US Pacific Time working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT)
