Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for designated accounts.
- Conduct territory research using CRM data to identify high-value marina prospects.
- Understand marina goals and operational challenges, and position Dockwa’s solutions accordingly.
- Tailor product demonstrations to showcase Dockwa’s value in addressing specific pain points.
- Lead pricing discussions, structure deals, and overcome objections to close sales.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management for seamless post-sale handoffs.
- Share best practices and mentor junior sales team members.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide market feedback.
- Update CRM systems with prospect information, forecast revenue, and track sales stages.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and deal structuring.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
