Account Executive - Product Expansion Growth

Super Dispatch is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Account Executive specializing in Product Expansion & Growth to increase revenue within their existing customer base by cross-selling high-value products like SuperProtect and SuperAgent.

Location: United States

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Expansion: Target and close cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base, turning single-product users into multi-product users.
• Position Premium Products: Pitch the value propositions of SuperProtect and SuperAgent, demonstrating how integrated cargo insurance and AI automation mitigate risk, save hours of manual labor, and drive profitability.
• Data-Driven Account Mapping: Analyze customer usage data and health scores to identify accounts primed for expansion.
• Conduct High-Impact Demos: Run targeted demonstrations for existing users, showing how new features integrate into their workflow.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams to align expansion campaigns, gather user feedback, and ensure seamless onboarding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS Account Expansion, Cross-Selling, or Strategic Account Management.
• Proven track record of upselling new product lines into an existing customer base.
