Account Manager, Small Business

The SMB Account Manager role focuses on driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses (11-200 employees). It involves high-velocity sales, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic account management in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote
Salary: $117,500 OTE (60/40 split), uncapped commission
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth within SMB portfolio by exceeding Net Dollar Retention targets.
- Partner with Customer Success team to ensure customer adoption, address needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention by delivering value and building relationships.
- Develop understanding of clients' businesses to uncover success opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Advocate for PandaDoc, demonstrate product value, and communicate customer feedback to product team.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of success in quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft, PandaDoc.
- Ability to forecast revenue accurately and exceed sales targets.
- Understanding of SMB market challenges and opportunities.
